While hypnosis is the central tool used, these sessions are best understood as a collaborative, guided process designed to help you create meaningful change over time - emotionally, behaviorally, and internally.
Our work together blends:
Clinical-style conversation and exploration
Guided hypnosis and deep relaxation
Reflection, insight, and integration between sessions
Rather than focusing on surface-level “goals,” we take time to understand patterns, history, and the internal dynamics that shape how you think, feel, and respond. From there, we work gently and intentionally toward a path that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned.
What Sessions Are Like
Each session includes:
Time to check in and reflect on what’s been emerging
Guided hypnotic or meditative work tailored to your needs
Space for integration, insight, and grounding
Over multiple sessions, we may explore:
Longstanding emotional or behavioral patterns
Stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout
Confidence, self-trust, or decision-making
Transitions, identity shifts, or feeling “stuck”
Sleep, rest, and nervous system regulation
While each session is tailored to you, this work is commonly used to support:
Stress, Anxiety & Nervous System Regulation
For chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and difficulty relaxing or sleeping. Sessions focus on calming the nervous system and restoring a sense of internal safety and steadiness.
Habit Change
Including smoking or nicotine cessation, compulsive habits, alcohol regulation, emotional eating, and repetitive behaviors. Hypnosis works at the subconscious level to support sustainable behavior change beyond willpower alone.
Confidence, Self-Trust & Emotional Resilience
For self-doubt, decision fatigue, visibility concerns, or feeling internally blocked. This work supports confidence, self-trust, and emotional regulation from the inside out.
Life Transitions & Emotional Processing
Support during periods of change such as career shifts, relationship transitions, grief or loss, identity changes, or “in-between” phases where old ways no longer fit but the next step isn’t clear yet.
Visualization, Intention & Manifestation-Oriented Work
For those drawn to subconscious alignment and intention-based work. Sessions may include guided imagery and mental rehearsal to support clarity, alignment, and readiness for change - grounded and personalized, not prescriptive.
Why Packages Matter
While single sessions can be helpful, this work is most effective over time.
Change tends to happen in layers. Insight needs space to settle. Patterns don’t unwind in one conversation.
For that reason, most clients choose to work over a series of sessions, allowing us to:
Build trust and continuity
Track patterns and progress
Adjust the work as new awareness emerges
Support real integration, not just insight

Virtual & In-Person Options
Virtual sessions work beautifully for this kind of deep, internal work.
In-person sessions offer a shared physical space and may feel grounding for some clients.
Both options provide the same structure, care, and depth.
A note on language
This is not traditional therapy, and it’s not “life coaching” in the conventional sense.
It’s a guided, integrative process that draws from hypnosis, reflective dialogue, and somatic awareness — tailored to you.

Seasonal Stillness on the Massachusetts Coast
Twice a year - in the spring and late fall - we gather for an intimate overnight retreat on the Massachusetts coast. These retreats are intentionally small, deeply restorative, and designed to offer what so few of us get anymore: space to pause, reset, and be present - together.
It’s an invitation to unwind your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and experience meaningful quiet within a supportive communal container.
The Retreat Experience
Each retreat weaves together:
Guided meditations and hypnosis-informed visualizations
Periods of shared silence for presence and reflection
Journaling prompts and introspective exercises
Gentle mindfulness practices (seated, walking, and nature-based)
Spacious time for rest, connection, and laughter
Opportunities to be in nature- walking, grounding, breathing by the water
Silence is held during select periods of the day - not as a rule, but as a supportive container that allows clarity, insight, and nervous-system repair to emerge naturally.
Outside of silent windows, there is warmth, conversation, and ease. This is a human retreat - quiet and connective.
