Twice a year - in the spring and late fall - we gather for an intimate overnight retreat on the Massachusetts coast. These retreats are intentionally small, deeply restorative, and designed to offer what so few of us get anymore: space to pause, reset, and be present - together.

The groups gather for a gentle nature hike that will blend mindfulness, reflection, and quiet observation as we move slowly through nature together. Along the way, you will be invited to notice, listen, and reflect. At the end, will gather for reflective connection before parting ways.

These weekly virtual support groups offer a calm, supportive space for individuals navigating cancer. The focus is to enhance nervous system regulation so allow us to be more resilient in our treatment and post-treatment lives as well as present to enjoy our days, despite the strain of the disease.

Each session blends mindfulness practices, guided relaxation, gentle nervous system regulation techniques, and reflective journaling to help participants manage stress, process emotions, and reconnect with a sense of stability and meaning during treatment or recovery.
