OC Tribe Oncology Mindfulness Group Tuesdays
This weekly virtual support group offers a calm, supportive space for individuals navigating cancer. Each session blends mindfulness practices, guided relaxation, gentle nervous system regulation techniques, and reflective journaling to help participants manage stress, process emotions, and reconnect with a sense of stability and meaning during treatment or recovery.
Meetings are facilitated in a warm, welcoming environment and include brief teaching segments grounded in psychology, guided visualizations, and opportunities for optional sharing and connection with others who understand the cancer experience.
Participants are welcome to attend from the comfort of home and are encouraged to bring a journal, something comfortable to sit or lie on, and anything that helps them feel relaxed.

Family Nature Hike
Looking for something outdoorsy to do over April vacation week?
Join us for a guided family nature experience designed to help kids (and parents) slow down, explore, and reconnect with the outdoors in a fun, relaxed way.
The fun to be had:
- Nature scavenger hunt
- 'Meet your tree' connection
- Guided noticing + sensory exploration
- Light movement + imaginative play
- Nature art / creative time
This is not a long or strenuous hike, just a gentle walk with intentional stops, perfect for curious kids and families who want to get outside!
- Price per family: $15
- Best for ages 4-9 (younger siblings welcome) caregiver required for all

Mindfulness Nature Hike
Let's put down the phones and step away from the noise for a short nature walk (location TBD).
The group will meet in the parking lot and walk for a gentle hike. Please note that the trail includes natural terrain and mild tripping hazards, so sturdy hiking boots or sneakers with good grip are recommended.
This walk will blend mindfulness, reflection, and quiet observation as we move slowly through nature together. Along the way, participants will be invited to notice, listen, and reflect as we spend time outdoors together.
At the end, we will gather on the grass (wear something comfortable and suitable!) for a short reflective connection time before heading out.

Hypnosis Pilot Program
Opportunity for one-on-one hypnosis session at no cost! Join a small pilot where we explore the use of clinical hypnosis as a supportive tool for health, behavior change, and nervous system regulation.
Hypnosis is a guided process that helps individuals access a deeply relaxed, focused state where the mind is more receptive to positive suggestions and new patterns of thinking.
This pilot will help us evaluate how a tailored hypnosis program may support areas such as stress reduction, habit change, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. Participants will have the opportunity to experience guided sessions and provide feedback that will help shape future programming. Inquire for details.
Participants will receive 4 one-on-one sessions over 4-8 weeks.

Adult Nature Hike - Wellness Weekend
Kingston, MA: As part of our Wildfire Wellness Weekend, you are invited to join a guided mindfulness hike. Participants can join both the Saturday hike and Sunday mini-retreat and enjoy a discounted price, or just select one event.

We
Kingston, MA: A half-day retreat that is part of the Wildfire Wellness Weekend where participants are invited to attend a mindfulness hike on Saturday and/or the retreat on Sunday.
For Sunday’s retreat, you’ll enjoy guided meditation, journaling, and intentional practices, you’ll have space to release what is no longer serving you and begin envisioning what comes next - with more clarity, ease, and alignment.
Along the way, you’ll be guided through gentle movement, reflective prompts, guided visualization meditations, affirmation practices, intuitive card pulls, and small, sensory moments of care - like self-massage and quiet time in nature - designed to help you soften, reset, and reconnect.
We’ll close with a nourishing lunch and space to linger, integrate, and carry a little more intention (and a little more lightness) into whatever comes next.
You’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat, a pillow or two, and a blanket or two to make your space feel cozy. A catered lunch, journal and eye mask will be provided.

Costs: $45.00 for retreat only, $50 if registering for both Saturday’s hike and Sunday’s retreat.
